SMS & Messaging Policy

1. Overview

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

This SMS program is first-party only. CRRE Labs LLC messages its own customers and prospects about CRRE Labs’ own web design and AI services. We do not send SMS on behalf of other brands, sell or rent SMS lists, or conduct third-party lead-generation messaging. We do not provide SMS marketing services as a product for other companies.

CRRE Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our") may send marketing SMS text messages to individuals and businesses that have separately opted in to receive marketing messages from us about CRRE Labs’ own services. This policy describes what messages you may receive, how you can opt in and opt out, and your rights regarding our messaging practices.

2. Consent & Opt-In

SMS opt-in is collected through the contact form on crrelabs.com only. The SMS consent checkbox is for marketing messages only and is separate from submitting a contact or inquiry form. Checking the box is optional, unchecked by default, and is the only way to opt in to SMS. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not constitute SMS consent. Inquiry follow-up is by email.

By checking the separate marketing SMS checkbox and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive marketing SMS from CRRE Labs LLC about web design, AI automation, demos, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

The only active opt-in method is:

Keyword opt-in (for example texting START or INFO), verbal requests, paper forms, and other non-website methods are not active and are not used for this messaging program. Do not treat those methods as a way to join.

Messages from this program are marketing and promotional only. They may include:

  • Demos and showcases: Demo invitations and portfolio showcases
  • Marketing updates: New features and special offers

This program does not send transactional, account, rental, payment, or inquiry-reply SMS.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 marketing messages per month. We will not send excessive or unsolicited messages.

8. Supported Carriers

Our messaging services are compatible with most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your information is used solely to provide the first-party messaging described in this policy.
