SMS & Messaging Policy

1. Overview

CRRE Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our") may send SMS text messages and other electronic communications to individuals and businesses that have opted in to receive messages from us. This policy describes what messages you may receive, how you can opt in and opt out, and your rights regarding our messaging practices.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number through any of our forms, websites, or communications, and by checking the consent box or otherwise indicating your agreement, you expressly consent to receive text messages from CRRE Labs LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in by:

• Submitting a contact form on crrelabs.com or any CRRE Labs-operated website with SMS consent checked
• Texting a keyword (e.g., START, INFO) to our designated number
• Verbally or in writing requesting to receive text communications from us
• Signing up for a service or subscription that includes SMS notifications

3. Types of Messages

Messages from CRRE Labs may include:

• Service notifications: Updates about your website, domain, hosting status, or account
• Promotional messages: Information about our web design services, special offers, and new features
• Informational messages: Demo website previews, portfolio showcases, and business resources
• Transactional messages: Payment confirmations, subscription updates, and delivery notifications

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to 5 messages per month for promotional communications and additional messages for transactional or service-related updates. We will not send excessive or unsolicited messages.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from us
• Emailing carlos@crrelabs.com with the subject "Unsubscribe SMS"
• Calling us at (786) 733-6744

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive promotional messages, though transactional messages related to active subscriptions may continue.

7. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. CRRE Labs does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

8. Supported Carriers

Our messaging services are compatible with most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to provide the services described in this policy.
