1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the websites, services, or products provided by CRRE Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), located at 12394 SW 82 Ave, Pinecrest, FL 33156, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services

CRRE Labs provides web design and development, AI-powered automation, website hosting and maintenance, and related digital services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Website hosting, maintenance, and support
• Domain name registration and management
• AI agent development and deployment
• Workflow and business process automation
• SMS and email marketing services

3. Account and Subscriptions

Certain services require you to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, logos, and materials created by CRRE Labs remain the intellectual property of CRRE Labs LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment for custom work, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business purposes. Our templates, frameworks, and proprietary tools remain our property.

6. Website Hosting

For hosted website services, we provide hosting, SSL certificates, and routine maintenance as part of your subscription. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Domain Registration

When we register a domain name on your behalf, the domain is registered through third-party registrars subject to their terms and conditions. Domain registration fees are included in applicable subscription plans. Domains are registered in the name of CRRE Labs LLC and managed on your behalf for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation and full payment of outstanding balances, domain transfer to you can be arranged.

8. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email address through our forms, you consent to receive communications from CRRE Labs including service updates, promotional offers, and informational messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. 9. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failed payments may result in service suspension. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRRE Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRRE Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
