End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and CRRE Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company located at 12394 SW 82 Ave, Pinecrest, FL 33156. By accessing or using our websites, services, software, or digital products (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute our Services or any content therein; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided as part of our Services; (c) remove any proprietary notices or labels; (d) use our Services for any unlawful purpose; or (e) sublicense, sell, or transfer your rights under this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, graphics, logos, and other materials provided through our Services are owned by CRRE Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Services may involve the use of artificial intelligence to generate content, communications, or recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may contain errors. You acknowledge that AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use our Services will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRRE LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
